We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Window Treatment Installer / Field Technician to join our close-knit team and help our residential and commercial clients complete their spaces.

What You’ll Do:

Precision Installation: Install custom blinds, shades, plantation shutters, draperies, and motorized treatments using hand and power tools.
Smart Home & Motorization: Set up, program, and test low-voltage motorized window treatments and home automation integrations.
Field Problem-Solving: Accurately verify field measurements, inspect mounting surfaces (drywall, wood, masonry), and troubleshoot unexpected site challenges calmly.
Customer Care: Walk clients through the operation, maintenance, and care of their newly installed treatments.
Jobsite Management: Remove old coverings, maintain an immaculate work area, keep installation vans organized, and log job completions.

What You Bring:

Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with power tools, drills, levels, and tape measures (we will train you on specific window product nuances).
Physical stamina: comfortable climbing ladders and repeatedly lifting 50–75 lbs.
A valid driver’s license with an insurable, clean driving record.
Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor inside client homes.
Bonus/Preferred: Experience with trim carpentry, handyman work, low-voltage electrical wiring, or smart-home motorization.

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $26.00/hr., depending on experience.
Paid Time Off: 120 hours of PTO + 9 paid holidays annually (available after 90 days).

A Day in the Life:

Your morning starts at our Wichita shop, loading your vehicle with custom-tailored treatments and staging tools for the day. You head to your morning residential install, take down old coverings, mount brackets, install automated roller shades, and configure the motor remote. After walking the homeowner through the setup, you log job notes and move on to an afternoon commercial construction site, don your PPE gear and install 10 roller shades. You wrap up by 5:00 PM knowing you completed quality work for local clients.
